OverviewProcurement Specialist who will establish and optimize procurement processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, transparency, and cost savings. This role is not only about organizing procurement activities but also about acting as a strategic partner for business teams worldwide — accelerating operations, securing the best terms, and minimizing risks.What You’ll DoProcurement & Negotiations: Organize end-to-end procurement processes from request to supplier selection; lead negotiations and tenders with suppliers to achieve the best prices, discounts, and conditions; renegotiate contracts to improve commercial terms; ensure transparency and compliance in all procurement activities.Contracts & Performance Control: Oversee procurement contracts, ensure their validity, and track key deadlines; monitor supplier performance, SLA, and KPI compliance; update and align contract terms with business needs and regulatory changes; prevent risks of penalties, disputes, or delivery delays through proactive controls.Process Analysis & Optimization: Consolidate purchasing needs across departments to leverage economies of scale; identify and propose new cost-saving initiatives and solutions; accumulate procurement processes to reduce manual workload and increase transparency; prepare reports on procurement efficiency, savings achieved, and process improvements.Qualifications5+ years of procurement experience (international environment preferred).Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.Knowledge of contract law and procurement best practices.Process-building mindset with a focus on transparency and efficiency.Analytical and strategic thinking skills.English B2 or higher.What We OfferOpportunity to shape procurement strategy in a growing international company.Work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Hybrid schedule and support for work-life balance.Competitive compensation and benefits package.We care deeply about your growth, well-being, and comfort:
