Embat was born to design the best way for small and medium-sized enterprises (“SMEs”) to plan their finances and monitor their cash flow. We are building a financial management platform that allows them to understand what has happened in the past, track what is happening today and forecast the future of their businesses. Our mission is to build a product that leverages technology and excellent client experience to empower our clients to make the best business decisions by accessing the best financial information, 100x more efficiently than using Excel files.

Toni and Carlos founded Embat in June 2021, and it's already exceeding expectations:

- Our company is already the trusted treasury management software of a large number of medium and large-sized corporations in Europe.
- Composed of a fantastic team of people of 40+ members with different backgrounds and nationalities.

- We have offices in Madrid, Spain but we expect to broaden our horizons in the near future.

Especifically for this offer, we are looking for a** Customer Operations Intern **with the ambition to be part and build the team that will change our users’ lives. We pride ourselves on working in an evolving and agile environment, with day-to-day interaction with every member of the team, including Founders,. No bureaucracy or hierarchy. We rather give you space to lead, build, collaborate and create value to our users. We must find team members that challenge and question the features they are working on.

**What will you do?**

As a** Customer Operations Intern**, you will be in direct contact with CFOs and Financial Director’s, helping them understand and make best possible use of our platform. You will be the face of Embat with our established Customers.

**What are we looking for?**
- **Internship availability**:You must be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university.
- **Proactivity**: We are looking for a proactive individual that can work with structure in the relationship with our Customers.
- **Experience**: We don’t require any prior experience for this role. We will teach you everything you need to know on the job.
- **Hands-on**: Capacity to execute and willingness to do what it takes to get things over the line. You don’t wait for X to do Y, you help and collaborate to remain agile and dynamic.
- **Team player**: “We” is always before “I”. We need versatility, humility, and team members that enjoy working and learning from each other.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English & Spanish
- **Location**: This position will be based in Madrid, on a hybrid work arrangement.
