**About the client**:
Global company in the FMCG sector, belonging to a leading international group in the wholesale business, in full expansion, and transformation and with an ambitious and challenging project, seeks to incorporate a key figure in the company with the aim of making it more efficient and improving corporate processes.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency of established processes and leading operations and procedures developing improvement strategies and facilitating changes.

**What will you do?**
- Meeting with business managers to discuss business objectives and core processes and Identifying areas of improvement
- Analyzing the efficiency of existing business processes.
- Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
- Overseeing the implementation of new business processes.
- Managing improvement teams and external contractors
- Troubleshooting and improving new processes.
- Updating process and procedure policies.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Process manager.
- Advanced English level is a MUST
- Work experience in process improvement from an operational approach for the corporate area of a company.
- Advanced knowledge of business management software (e.g. Visio, MS Project, etc.)
- Soft skills: a person with influence and leadership skills, achievement-oriented, proactive, and with the ability to challenge the status quo.
