IT Project Manager

DESCRIPCIÓN

Our customer,an international holding company leader in the field of flexible workspaces with locations in practically every country, city, town is looking for an **IT PROJECT MANAGER (PRICING) **for their offices in Barcelona working 100% remotely.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the E2E management of the IT re-architecting of the Pricing business domain. This includes:

- Define core building blocks of the inventory and services pricing engine that can be universally applied across all sales channels - ecommerce, sales teams, centre teams.
- Specify and iterate on pricing features and strategies through continuous experimentation in continuous exchange / guidance with technically-versed Director of Pricing.
- Build the suite of tools required to monitor, analyse and automate price decisions to drive real business impact for a 2.5bn revenue, globally operating company.
- Manage the roadmap of a product team with pre-approved budget to continuously execute the pricing strategy and achieve business objectives.

This senior role will participate in and transform business cases raised by the Global Pricing Director into an executable transformation roadmap. The role has a full delivery responsibility on all aspects of IT Project delivery with key requirements of strong soft skills, business acumen, pricing business domain knowledge and technical skills.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
We are seeking a business-focused IT Project Manager with a track record in Pricing processes and systems and expertise in implementing and prioritising business change. This person should be experienced in partnering with senior internal stakeholders and rolling out a technology roadmap, and possess an understanding of business process alongside technical knowledge. They will be proactive and take accountability, and adept at communicating their thinking to all levels of the business, from CIO down. They’ll anticipate business challenges and requirements, be creative in providing tailored solutions, and engage key stakeholders and team members along the way. They’ll be clear on what a ‘great’ outcome looks like, and tireless in delivering that for the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Pricing product management and senior management to create an IT platform that fits the company strategy.
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Be a leader of the team.
- Represent the team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
- Owns the IT product roadmap.
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.

Qualifications/ Skills / Experience:

- Strong educational background, BSc (Business, Accounting degree, Computer Science or related) required, MSc or above preferred
- Minimum 10 years IT Experience
- Typically requires 8+ years relevant project management experience in Agile environments.
