**About the Role**
As the Product Marketing Manager of our Global Marketing team, you will join an interdisciplinary team of Marketers and Designers working together to optimize the growth of all of our Mirai Balance Sheet Management Solutions powered by the Mirai SaaS Platform. This includes all of the flagship Solutions currently sold globally, as well as emerging opportunities related to new products, product models, segments, and partnerships. Additionally, you will help shape the messaging for our Services portfolio delivered through the Mirai Consulting division.
For this role, we seek a tech marketing professional who shares our passion for improving financial risk management through the use of cutting edge SaaS technology and who is energized when solving complex problems. As a marketing manager on the Marketing team, you will partner with the product management and tech teams to develop and refine of go-to-market strategy, develop compelling positioning for new and existing products, monitor market and competitive trends, partner with product management to create strategic value-based messaging and lead the creation of integrated product marketing campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Product marketing messaging & positioning, Creating compelling marketing narratives and assets to tell the product story to internal and external audiences, in collaboration with the marketing communications and design teams.
- Act as main liaison between marketing and product management team to understand product development roadmap and evolve product marketing messaging accordingly to our frequent Mirai Platform updates.
- Ownership of sales enablement collaterals (product brochures, company deck, one pagers, demos, etc.
- Engage and collaborate with customer-facing teams to deeply understand your buyers, users, segments, sales process, and use cases.
- Forge relationships with key buyers to regularly garner feedback and gain trusted insights into their challenges. Surface and manage opportunities for customer advocacy (eg. case study, testimonials, etc)
- Lead new product launches and quarterly releases comms.
- Produce Solution capabilities video walkthroughs for website and social media promotion.
- Lead Product and Solution Webinars on a quarterly basis.
- Lead the Mirai Platform Monthly live demo.
- Strategize and craft Product-led presentations for event speakerships.
- Own the content strategy and editorial content: blog posts and whitepapers related to our product and solutions
- Play an impactful role in meetings with executive management when the team discusses the overarching product strategy.
- Champion a positive team culture by building bridges between teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
**What are we looking for?**
- 5-7 years of experience in a product marketing role in a high tech B2B, SaaS startups preferably in enterprise fintech contexts.
- Native level of Spanish and English.
- Innate ability to understand complex and technical products, and develop human-centric messaging that is simple, but not simplistic.
- Deep experience managing marketing campaigns - with the knowledge of what levers drive various aspects of growth, from awareness to consideration, activation to monetization.
- Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards.
