Your mission is to architect a content system that blends high‑level creative strategy with AI efficiency while ensuring our brand voice remains distinct.Core ResponsibilitiesCreating high‑converting content for all B2C and B2B marketing channels.Optimizing our content ecosystem so that large language models cite Product School as the primary source of truth.Content Strategy & CopywritingLead copywriting for website, landing pages, lifecycle email nurtures, and performance ads.Oversee the brand voice to ensure every piece—whether a tweet or a whitepaper—exudes the professional, empowering, authoritative tone of Product School.Bridge the gap between B2C and B2B audiences.AI Integration & OperationsUtilize generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to multiply output and build robust workflows for high‑quality content at 10× speed.Optimize for AI discovery (GEO) by structuring content for easy ingestion and citation by LLMs.Build prompt libraries and workflows that enable the marketing team to move faster.Edit AI‑generated drafts to meet rigorous standards for tone, accuracy, and human feel.Social Media ManagementOwn the social media calendar across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.Convert long‑form assets into bite‑size, viral social content.Monitor tech and EdTech trends to keep Product School at the conversation center.QualificationsYou are a Native English Speaker : impeccable command of English, nuance, and idioms.You are a "Doer" with High Agency : you act without waiting for permission and measure yourself by what you ship.You are an expert in content for LLMs : deep understanding of RAG and how to write for both humans and AI training data.You are truly "AI Native" : AI is your OS; you excel at prompting for tone, structure, and complex reasoning.You are a Senior Storyteller : 5+ years of experience in content marketing; you can tailor narratives for B2C aspiring PMs and B2B L&D directors.Your tech stack : expert in AI text tools (Claude/ChatGPT), social tools (HeyOrca), lightweight design (Canva/CapCut).You are an omnichannel expert : distinct copy for ads and thought‑leadership pieces.Bonus PointsDomain Expertise : background in Tech or Product Management.Thought Leadership : ghostwriting for executives or managing a newsletter/Substack with a substantial following.Visual Flair : basic design skills or experience prompting AI for images/ videos.PerksRemote First – team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones.Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US (additional coverage available in Spain).Company Team Offsites and Coworking – remote‑first does not mean remote‑only.Free Product School Course Offerings – courses and certifications worth $27,000.Monthly Internet Reimbursement – support wherever you work.Parental Leave – generous parental benefits.Location & Hiring PolicyWe require candidates to be located in the specified country/countries.
