**The project**

We are looking for a Traceability, Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain Analyst, social specialist, to join our Transformation Office Department.

**What will the role entail?**
- Implement traceability systems to ensure transparency in the supply chain.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure adherence to ethical sourcing standards.
- Follow up on auditing procresses for suppliers and sharing with them corrective action plans for improvements on non conformities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to supply chain management.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure and report on the sustainability of the supply chain.
- Provide regular reports on the sustainability and ethical performance of the supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain for efficiency and sustainability.
- Work with external stakeholders, such as NGOs and industry associations, to stay up to date on sustainable supply chain best practices.

**Requirements of the position**:

- Bachelor or Master´s degree, knowledgeable in Business, Economics or Engineering, Sustainability.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on sustainability and ethical sourcing.
- Knowledge of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in the fashion industry.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing traceability systems.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken, minimum C1). Spanish is a plus.
