**SUB FUNCTION**:Supply Chain

**ROLE OBJECTIVE**

This role is part of the Supply Chain department and will have to support the Iberia team with all their deliverables.

The role is responsible for daily stock management in BAT Warehouse to ensure distribution, follow-up trade activity to ensure level of stock sufficient.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Ensure stock holdings are in line with stockholding policies and breaches are detected early on, resolved with relevant stakeholders and / or appropriate escalation triggered.
- Guarantee monthly stock reconciliation between sales and invoices.
- Work closely with trade marketing teams to guarantee alignment and full support to product launches and Trade marketing field force activities.
- Help the supply chain team for marketing activities such as events / one to one / field visits, understanding the needs and aligning with different stakeholders.
- Support production planning vs orders and lead times working in collaboration with regional supply planning team to ensure right production level on time and full.
- Ensure implementation of logistics efficiencies and traceability functionalities, created for BAT locations, at a local warehouse level.
- Helping the team where needed
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- One year of experience in a similar position.

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Proactive attitude.
- Analytical thinking.

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- University degree in Supply Chain or Analytics is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
- especially Excel and Power Point.
