**Aufgaben**:

- At Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Ibérica, SLU (Mercedes-Benz group) in Barcelona, we carry out all the management involved in the international logistics of spare parts for our cars. Currently, we are in a growth project, creating new jobs, among which is the position of Claims Management Specialist (Quality Assurance).
- We are looking to fill a total of 2 vacancies.
- Your main functions will be:
- First analysis and preliminary verification of relevant parts for quality assurance.
- Management, analysis and reporting of quality claims throughout the entire supply chain process.
- Detailed assessments of claims (alignment with internal documentation, assessment of photographic documentation, etc.) as well as elaboration of adequate explanations in case of rejections.
- Communication with wholesale partners, internal departments and suppliers.
- Preventive checking of critical parts and repetitive failures.

- Essential requirements:
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, parts lists and 3D models
- Experience with databases and MS Office products, experience with SAP an advantage
- Knowledge of cooperation with internal/external partners
- English language skills ( written and spoken), other languages appreciated

In addition, we seek someone with high level of team skills, flexibility and initiative, communication and integration capability and confident occurrence and assertiveness
