We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Claims Executive to join our dynamic team. Employment Type: Permanent Reports to: General Counsel, Legal & Claims Ensure timely resolution of claims in compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Ensure timely resolution of claims in compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Handle claims for the various X-Press Feeders commercial hubs – Asia, Europe, Americas. Assist hubs with urgent requirements on carriage of cargos/LOI or other matters in consultation with the P&I club. Prepare bi-monthly updates for Fleet Management claims. Reporting and Analysis Analyze claim data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on claim analysis to support strategic decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
