As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support for various projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and exceeding their expectations.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and sharing customer feedback with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Living in Malaga, or in close proximity to Malaga, or willing to relocate to Malaga.
