POSITION MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES

**Job Purpose**

In this role, you will be a Leader in the Group Security Assurance team, responsible for developing, organizing and operating the technical testing capability. Working dynamically in a global team, you will provide technical testing support and execution of testing across our various assessments. This role will requires an ambitious individual that has proven technical testing capability (penetration testing), ability to deliver engagements and manage a diverse set of stakeholders. This role is technical in nature but requires an individual with strong management skills.
- The scope of work includes executing Security testing activities across our programme of assurance including configuration review, technical audit, architectural network implementation review, product and technology implementation reviews.
- The scope of work also includes contributing to the definition and maintenance of a Group-wide strategy, framework, policies, and detailed guidance for Security Testing.
- Reporting to the Security Assurance Executive Manager, this role is responsible for:

- Ensuring that security testing is performed within the defined scope of assessments.
- Providing oversight for assurance around Cloud security, including helping to define and drive assurance through CSPM and CASB capabilities.
- Challenging the accuracy of the reporting and the quality of the security testing activities performed by various operating companies around the world
- Supporting a team of security technical assurance officers, based in Spain and other locations.
- Providing technical security leadership in all assessments, working across a global team to coordinate technical testing to deliver assessments and high-quality reports.
- Will be required to interact with and present to Executive level leadership including many CEOs, CIOs, CROs and CSOs.
- Will be required to contribute towards data and trends analysis reports, strategic initiatives and decisions that impact security at a global level.
