The Technical lead is the team member who guarantees the delivery in time and quality of the increase of the product. He/she is a member of the development team specialized in the technical design of the Squad product or service and will work with the Scrum Master to isolate the development team from the complexities of the organization and technical dependencies with other teams.

From a product perspective a Tech lead builds and delivers product increments according to Scrum / Kanban methodology, he/she will have product vision; understand the backlog and its technical implication. Tech Lead acts as a link to non-Agile developments that may affect the product and will be responsible for identifying and procuring the solution of technical dependencies / impediments.

As a **eCommerce Technical Lead** you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

- As a Technical Lead in IT Digital focused in customer areas, you will play a crucial role in the current team, with the following key accountabilities:

- Participate in Agile projects building the required solutions
- Analyze new demand and build solutions
- Accountable of the delivery of IT development project from detail design until user acceptance.
- Support to create technical plans and technical strategy for the future.
- Analyze and implement fixes to current production issues
- Continuous service improvement
- Communication with stakeholders

**What you bring?**
- Technical Degree, with some experience in telco business processes.
- Solid frontend and backend technology skills.
- Third parties integrations experience
- Knowledge of cloud architecture environments.
- CI/CD pipelines experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodology
- Strong analytical skills
- B2 English level
