**Your Mission: Trusted Advisor & Growth Driver**

You will serve as a **trusted advisor** to onboard a portfolio of new clients and partner with them to provide customized digital advertising strategies.
- **Strategic Onboarding**: Onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement from day one.
- **Relationship Building**: Build strong relationships, drive product adoption, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.
- **Sales & Consulting**: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services, detecting and understanding customer objectives to offer adapted solutions for their needs.
- **Performance**: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability. Be responsible for increasing spend and campaign upselling.
- **Market Insight**: Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends to inform strategic positioning, ensuring solid business acumen.
- **Data Management**: Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information (CRM). Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
- **Innovation**: Regularly integrate AI tools into workflows and interpret insights to personalize outreach.

**Required Profile**
- **Language Proficiency**: C2 level (native or near-native) proficiency in **Swedish, Dutch, German, OR Danish**, plus a high level of **English**.
- **Education**: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**:1 year of experience** in sales and/or marketing; previous client-facing experience is essential, particularly in high-stakes environments.
- **Skills**: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage customer relationships, and improve CRM systems for business outcomes.
- **Mindset**: Self-motivated, proactive, confident, and determined. Thrives in a goal-oriented environment and contributes actively to team success.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences (strong written and verbal presentation skills).
