Your Mission As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will act as a digital consultant for German-speaking clients and agency partners, helping them elevate their online marketing strategies with innovative advertising solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth across EMEA while building strong relationships and delivering tangible impact. Key Responsibilities Partner with businesses and agencies to understand their marketing needs and offer tailored Google Ads solutions Use a consultative sales approach to help clients maximise their ROI and scale their campaigns efficiently Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain strong relationships via phone, video, and email Stay informed on Google’s latest advertising products, best practices, and market trends What We Are Looking For Native-level German (C2) and fluency in English Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience A proven track record in sales or digital advertising Strong understanding of Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Passionate about marketing, technology, and client success What Is Offered Hybrid work model in a modern sea-facing office at the World Trade Center, Barcelona One-month accommodation provided upon relocation Competitive salary package including base pay and performance bonuses Private health insurance Continuous training and clear career progression opportunities Multicultural and supportive team environment with regular engagement activities Relocation package (flight ticket and temporary housing) included Note: Details about the client, project, and compensation are confidential and will be shared during the recruitment process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
