**What you’ll do**:

- Filming eye-catching videos for different social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok). We want to become the world's most followed recruitment brand. Are you up for the challenge?
- Designing communication material for a varied range of media: cool merchandising, triggering posters, remarkable guerrilla campaigns.
- Optimising visuals to achieve a higher retention rate and keep the audience engaged. We want to be the Mr. Beast's of recruitment content
- Redesigning content for sales decks, internal processes, and recruitment trainings.
- Organising and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns on social media.
- You will have total creative freedom to develop ideas and challenge the team. We love thinking out-of-the-box and we expect you to be the same

- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Able to sign an internship agreement with a university
