**Delivery, Senior Associate OneHR GRX**

Working at Operations, the HR administrator will be responsible of maintaining the client HR administration master data and performing any relevant client related HR administration tasks. The HRIS system used is Workday.

**_ Main tasks & responsibilities:_**
- Work as the first point of contact for employees or customer HR representative
- Handles tickets in our HR Information System (hrX Assist)
- Build up and maintain a relationship of confidence and mutual respect with clients
- Responds to HR questions, analyses and solves questions, problems and/or requests
- Continues updates on client policies and procedures
- Performs data administration
- Verifies receipt and validates documentation
- Archives documents if legally required
- Maintain, control and update personnel information in the HR Information System:

- Maintains, controls and updates HR Personnel Administration data in the HR Information System (Hiring, Change of work conditions, Terminations, Personal Data Changes,)
- Maintains, controls and updates Time & Attendance data in the HR Information System (Holidays, Illness, Maternity, Paternity,)
- Escalates in depth inquiries and requests to the appropriate colleague/department

Qualifications:_**
- Degree in HR policies and processes is a plus, but not a must
- Good computer skills (MS Office)

Language Skills_**_: _Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish/French and English.

Personal skills:_**
- Interest in HR Administrative Support
- Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines
- Strong sense of integrity with an awareness of confidentiality and diplomacy
- Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision
- Ability to work autonomously while having a strong sense of commitment to team and department
- Be a good analyzer and problem solver
