This position will be based in our Málaga Office in the Technogical Park (Spain). **Requirements**: - Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Economics or related - 10+ years of experience with background in data, smart automation, strategy and operations - Proven track record and in-depth knowledge of data and smart automation strategies and innovation models - Familiar with the data and smart automation technology landscape, including knowledge of software and platform capabilities - You challenge the status quo and have a proven track-record overseeing the end-to-end implementation of strategic change initiatives - Superb communication skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences - Curiosity and creativity to question existing processes and approaches and propose new ones - Exceptional leadership, customer focus and coaching skills to facilitate collaboration across multicultural teams and develop talents **Competencies**: - Set the vision, road map and priorities for data and smart automation business operations - Drive the execution of the strategy and liaise with senior leaders to shape & prioritize our business objectives - Define team organization and interfaces within the internal and global departments. - Lead a high performing team and related roles in the development of our data and smart automation strategy - Permanently optimizes processes to increase quality and efficiency standards - Dedicated learning & development guidance and support for the team - Oversee a set of projects, KPIs / OKRs for strategic and innovation initiatives, and ensure value creation of the respective activities - Develops and drives a work culture committed to customer focus and continuous improvement - Support on business development activities **We offer**: - Full-time and permanent employment contract - Training and Career Development - Social benefits: private medical insurance, life insurance, lunch and transport card as part of the flexible remuneration pack, Online Language Classes - Smart Office Pack - Possibility to join a multicultural team & work in the international environment
