**Your role**:

- You are part of an agile, distributed team (consisting of Frontend, Backend, and Requirement Engineers as well as UI/UX Designer) and work on the digitalization of the energy industry
- You are building a platform that supports partners in providing a great customer experience to end customers across all stages of the customer journey to make their transition to self-produced, clean and connected energy supply as easy and enjoyable as possible
- You are part of a self-organizing Scrum team and participate in all Scrum meetings
- You are responsible for all QA engineering tasks to ensure the high quality of our product through automated testing, writing gherkin scenarios, and identifying and covering critical paths
- You will create and track quality assurance metrics such as defect rate and test case coverage to ensure transparency
- Ability to self-organize and work independently, good communication skills, and willingness to test manually in the early stages
- Keeping your knowledge up to date with training, workshops, and user groups

**You bring in**:

- At least 5 years of working experience with test automation using Cypress (our tool of choice) or similar test automation frameworks.
- Experience in Agile software development and quality assurance, especially related to automated testing
- You have a hands-on mentality and are able to work as part of a team
- Communication skills as well as a goal and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
- Hands-on knowledge of Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery processes and frameworks, GitLab automation, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, Salesforce, and Jira
- Experience working with a cross-functional, self-organized, agile team
- You have excellent English language skills
- Knowledge of the German language would be a plus
- Willingness to travel
