We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **COO Finance & Efficiency Coordinator **to join our **Budget, Accounting & Reconciliation Expert** Team in the** Operational Management CoE.**

The responsibility of this team is developing close proximity to COO Teams to **understand business needs** and **create process strength and costs awareness**, opening at the same time new windows of opportunity for **efficiency, scalability and cost savings**, being the Finance Business Partner of the department to support the team and ensure **accurate financial data** and analysis for **strategic cost decisions**, and also be **the reference in the COO domain** for the bank wide Finance team, and our way of working is through Agile methodologies.

**Your key responsibilities**:
As a **COO Finance & Efficiency Coordinator,** you will:
Facilitate, support and consolidate the budgeting and Forecasting process for Opex and Capex.

Improve cost efficiency and stewardship of COO domain assets and resources

Plan, control and recover costs expended in providing the Operational Services

Evolve the budgeting processes with dashboards and presentation to the C-Level of the Bank and Group senior management, including the leadership of the local COO Management Team.

Partner with multiple functional teams and lead monthly financial closing activities, ensuring the accuracy of the actuals.

Ensure compliance with financials standards and accounting principles.

Deliver controlling and analysis activities in time and quality, regular ones and also ad hoc from local and global stakeholders.

Evolution and support of our financial tooling

Align with Vendors Management area in order to track vendor costs.

Manages the coding, processing and approval of purchase orders to properly account for COO spend based on the respective operating expense.

Work closely together with the COO & Finance Team to help identify cost saving and innovative processes efficiency opportunities, becoming an efficiency ally.

Contribute to the cost & efficiency strategy of the Bank from your role in the COO domain.

Degree in Business or Economics preferred

5+ years of professional senior level experience in Finance

3+ year of professional senior level experience in Operational Finance is desirable

Fluency in Spanish and English

Financial acumen, strong analytical skills, detail oriented and business sense.

General Accounting Accepted Principles knowledge

Excellent capacity of establishing strategic relationships and good communication, negotiation, analytical, ownership, project management skills

Are organizationally sensitive, including having experience in different and senior management stakeholders relations

Advanced knowledge using MS Office and data bases.
