**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different areas of HR, from onboarding and payroll support to employee experience projects. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and develop key skills for your career in Human Resources.**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Help maintain and update our HR systems and employee records.
- Assist with the payroll process and benefits administration.
- Keep our employee handbook and internal policies up to date.
- Monitor mandatory training and annual medical checkups.
- Research and liaise with potential suppliers and service providers.
Participate in employee experience projects, contributing ideas to improve engagement and culture.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
