**About the job**:
This role of Technical Team Lead involves leading a team of developers working on our ambitious AI Platform as a Service offering. This role requires hands-on leadership and co-ordination with Product managers and project managers to reach the intended development targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Backend and Frontend developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and design to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
- Work with a project manager to define technical roadmap, prioritize tasks, and drive sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Identify technical risks early, propose effective solutions, and ensure continuous improvement of the system architecture.
- Perform regular code reviews, architectural reviews, and optimization initiatives for both performance and scalability.
- Stay current with AI trends, tools, and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into product features and technical strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Past experience leading development of a SaaS or PaaS platform.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in JS development, including frameworks like Node.js, React.js, or Next.js.
- Solid grasp of software architecture principles, system design patterns, and API integrations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in leading JavaScript engineering teams and working collaboratively with data science and AI teams is highly desirable.
