We are looking for a SSFF Business Partner to join our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

**Duties**:

- Own and deliver complex SalesForce Solution and coordinate the Admin&Develper teams.
- Be in charge the coordination between administration team and developer team in order to assure the global implementation of the solutions required from the business.
- Lead and design sessions and communicate design options to internal stakeholder.
- Lead the architecture team to design complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development).
- Ensure that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams.
- Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
- Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.).

**Required Profile**:

- End to end implementation experience with SFDC platform
- Experience with Release Management, source Control and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, SVN
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution 2 Qualifications Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in Admin role
- At least 5 years’ experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods
- Specialisation: Salesforce Admin, Developer or Architect Certifications
- High level of English
