ServiceNow Functional Analyst for a Global SaaS Platform

We are currently looking for a **ServiceNow Functional Analyst** to join a dynamic team for an International **Start-Up** that specializes in providing solutions and services related to software managment and quality in cloud environments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate with Product Owners in defining new features for the product through ServiceNow.
- Contribute to building an exceptional, efficient and easy to use tool.
- Develop business user stories together with the product owner.
- Support the testing, implementation and release of new features to the customers.
**Requirements**:
- Certifications and a **good knowledge of ServiceNow**.
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong organisational, communication and analytical reasoning skills.
- **Enthusiastic about cloud environments** and keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features
- **Team player**, with the ability to work with many different stakeholders.
- Fluent in english.
