**Payroll Coordinator**
- Full-time, (home)based in Spain_

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other related
functions.

**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Process staffing changes and employee data timely and accurately
- Maintain high knowledge of payroll policies and governmental regulations impacting payroll preparation
- Perform validation of payroll and HR Data Base
- Provide payroll processing, tax, and benefit deductions on the pay schedule
- Process reimbursements, loans, and other benefit plan payments
- Assist with payroll reporting analyses and audits
- Create accurate monthly payroll reports in the agreed format and to prescribed deadlines

**How you can set yourself apart**
- Prior experience in a corporate business environment and payroll processing
- Advanced skills in HRIS and HCM systems
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Accounting
- Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent English skills
- Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape
