If you love data-driven decisions, sales processes and constantly think about improving them and enjoy working with several different teams to achieve the sales team's goals, then this job is for you You'll be directly responsible for managing our CRM, assisting the Head of Sales with scaling the sales team's processes as it's growing and making a direct impact on the company's growth objectives.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Thorough understanding of Salesforce as CRM, including all of its functionalities relevant for the Sales team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes and workflows to streamline operations and increase productivity in the revenue organization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead management, territory assignments, and sales territories to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data, working closely with the Insights team to provide reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales operations and leverage them to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with sales policies and procedures.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Proficiency and experience with Salesforce
- 1-2 years of experience as a CRM Manager
- Additional experience with outbound sales tools
- Experience collaborating with all business operations
- Proactive approach to optimise Salesforce Strategy
- Analytical and highly technically focused
- Adaptive, collaborative, professional and loves working in an ever-changing environment where you are constantly improving yourself, and your processes
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in Sales and/-or Marketing is a plus
