**The Main Event: What you'll do**:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate our high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Lead and grow the sales team during a period of rapid expansion in Spain to exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Build and expand a strong network within the real estate market.
- Use a data-driven approach to optimize sales strategies and performance.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
