JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview of Role

Lead the transformation of GFS Purchase to Pay Department from a people, data, process and system perspective, enabling a motivated and talented team of professional to deliver a frictionless operating model and support business growth in a financial risk-controlled environment

Support HB 4YP strategy by streamlining and digitalizing P2P processes and delivery model, which represent one of the major area of concern & friction among suppliers today, by partnering up with sourcing and finance to balance company cash & risk polices with enhanced supplier experience

Accountabilities
- Accountable for the PTP service delivery for both retained and outsourced team
- Lead the PTP service Improvement programme
- Define & Implement new business partnering framework with sourcing, senior management & strategic suppliers
- Contribute to the definition of new TOM and lead the transformation within the department
- Define & implement new departmental structure. Develop and retain talent. Lead the change in mindset and ways of working towards a customer centric and data driven P2P department.
- Reinforce Debtor Balance policy, prevent & mitigate financial risks and minimize P&L impact
- Provide operational sign-off for new initiatives and ensure timely and frictionless implementation
- Tactically manage relationship with BPO provider, ensuring alignment with P2P transformation plan
- Ensure effective SLAs framework is place, both internally and externally
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
- Oversee Internal and External audit process within the area

Experience
- Proven track record (5-10 years) of transforming and managing shared service centre (onshore/offshore, in-house/outsource) and ERP systems
- 5+ years experience of managing a global finance function and/or large teams across multiple geographies
- Fluent in English, Spanish highly recommended
- Flexibility to travel worldwide
- Travel industry experience desirable
- Project Management certification or similar

**Qualifications**:

- Finance qualified to the appropriate advanced level (depending on country) or equivalent degree
- Business Economics degree or similar highly recommended
- Good understanding of financial risk & cashflow management
- Appreciation of accounting principles and Tax, Legal, Statutory requirements for key trading countries
