**Giunti Nesplora** is a Giunti Psychometrics' company specializing in the development of neuropsychological assessment tools that use virtual reality. Nesplora

**Position**:
Profesional con experiência en **Customer Intelligence**, especializado en el desarrollo de clientes, la recopilación, análisis e interpretación de datos de clientes para definir y mejorar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y personalizar la experiência del cliente.

Los objetivos que queremos cubrir en esta posición son:

- Establecer objetivos de crecimiento de ventas, tasas de conversión, ticket promedio, y otros KPIs relevantes
- Recopilación y análisis de datos: Experiência en la recopilación de datos provenientes de múltiples fuentes (CRM, redes sociales, encuestas, web analytics, consumos, compras,etc.) y su análisis para identificar patrones de comportamiento del cliente. Familiaridad con herramientas como Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, y Power BI.
- Segmentación de clientes: Capacidad para clasificar a los clientes en segmentos relevantes basados en datos demográficos, comportamiento de compra y preferencias, lo que permite desarrollar estrategias personalizadas y más efectivas.
- Optimización de la conversión: Analizar el funnel de conversión y proponer mejoras para convertir visitas en clientes registrados, utilizando A/B testing y análisis de usabilidad.
- Mejora de la experiência de usuario UX y de compra: Optimizar los flujos de navegación, compra y el diseño de la página para facilitar el proceso de adquisición del producto. Supervisar la correcta localización del contenido de producto (descripciones, imágenes, precios) para cada país, ajustándose a las necesidades y preferencias del consumidor local
- Definición de workflows para cross-selling y up-selling:

- Retención de clientes: Crear e implementar estrategias personalizadas para aumentar la lealtad y el engagement de los clientes, y mejorar la tasa de retención.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Competencia en el análisis del valor de vida del cliente, ayudando a identificar y priorizar a los clientes más rentables para la empresa a largo plazo.
- Personalización de experiências: Experiência en el desarrollo de campañas de marketing personalizadas basadas en insights obtenidos a partir de los datos, mejorando la experiência del cliente y aumentando la tasa de retención y satisfacción.
- Análisis en tiempo real: Experiência en plataformas que permiten la toma de decisiones en tiempo real, reaccionando de manera oportuna a los comportamientos de los clientes para mejorar la conversión y minimizar la pérdida de oportunidades.

**Requirements**:
Habilidades técnicas:

- CRM y Plataformas de Datos del Cliente (CDP): Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Herramientas de Business Intelligence: Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
- Idiomas: Alto nível de inglés. Se valorará positivamente conocimientos de Italiano tanto hablado como escrito.
- Experiência en proyectos venta de productos para psicólogos es un plus.
- Se valorará positivamente conocimientos en psicología

**Other information**:
Se valorará conocimiento en optimización de estrategias de publicidad online y paid media (Meta, SEM, campañas de retargeting), así como conocimientos en lenguajes de programación: SQL, Python (para análisis de datos).
