If you are a professional eager to work in a global environment with lots of opportunities to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you We are looking for an Industry Sales Leader to support our Strategic Account Department in Madrid driving business growth through "go to market" strategies and the cooperation with other departments. Reporting to the Strategic Sales Director, you will expand mid and high-level relationships with important customers in Spain and Portugal and create new business within Industry 4.0. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**: - Build sustainable relationships with customers and drive the ongoing partnership and business growth. - Develop account planning for top industries. - Stay up to date on rapidly emerging Industry 4.0 and other technologies to act as adviser to the customer in adaptation these new technologies. - Seek of new opportunities and early engagement, increasing the scope from our portfolio, solutions, services, training and spares in strategic projects. - Strengthen teamwork and lead "Impact, Confidence and Ease" (ICE) methodology to improve business. - Analyse data trends and customers performance to develop solid strategies and case studies of successful campaign in order to share insights and serve as an advocate to targeted events. - Work closely with colleagues of all Sales Departments to provide win/win solutions for our business and strategic projects and customers. - Negotiate pricing and assist in development of contractual agreements to close the sales or long-term frame agreements. **Who You Are**: You share own ideas in a compelling manner that gains commitment from others. You have an in-depth understanding of how businesses work and make money. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You set stretch goals and objectives, pushing individuals or teams to perform at higher levels.
