Our client is a globally recognized premium brand in the food and FMCG sector, committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences to consumers worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced **INTERNATIONAL AREA MANAGER (FMCG)** to lead growth in key markets, strengthen strategic partnerships, and ensure brand excellence.
- Develop and implement **marketing-mix strategies** with national and regional distributors.
- Lead **high-level negotiations**with Large retailers / Wholesalers for product listings, promotional policies, and shelf space allocation.
- Drive and oversee **in-store brand activation** and visibility.
- Act as the main liaison between regional partners and headquarters.
- Define, propose, and execute **Trade Marketing operations**.
- Collect and analyze **market intelligence** (macro/micro trends).
- Manage budgets and optimize costs to maximize ROI.
We are looking for a Sales professional with a higher education degree (Business School or Agro/Agri Engineering, Marketing or related), proven experience leading key negotiations with large retailers / Wholesalers within the FMCG sector, English proficiency, and availability to travel.
