This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Senior Manager. We’re creating cool, disruptive products and we need your help RingCentral is looking for a Leader who can lead business operation initiatives and help with site/office management in Spain. This person will play a critical role in traceability and management of business activities across cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Real-estate and engineering organizations.
What you will be responsible for- Calculation and maintenance of annual office budget including facilities, office supplies, HR for offices in Valencia and Alicante;- Coordination of data gathering for budget estimation/spend with several departments on agreed manner;- Analysis of potential risks and compliance issues associated with budget maintenance, office and business operations eg office relocation;- Communication and approval of budget request/spend with HQ in USA;- Tracking of existing hiring process for Spain offices and regular reporting to appropriate stakeholders on agreed manner;- Organization, coordination, maintenance and tracking of daily office operations internally and externally with subcontractors;- Organization and tracking for on-going company operations eg office relocation, tendering.
What we are expecting- Team player with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to lead presentations/meetings and achieve meeting goals;- Basic understanding of budgeting: understanding of the business unit, cost center etc, ability to calculate tax, inflation etc.;- Basic understanding of project management: how to create a plan in Gantt, how to manage risks, costs and communications;- Degree in Engineering/MBA or related fields will be a plus;- 3+ years of experience as project manager or administration/business operations manager;- Fluent English is a must;- Ability to mentor other administrative/office/faсility managers;- Strong understanding and advanced usage of MS Office / Google Docs products;- Experience with project management tools like MS Projects, Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike is a plus;- Financial degree or experience in finance field is a plus;- B1/A2 Spanish language.
