If this sounds like youread on As a **_Market Intelligence Analyst_** at IMMO, You Will: - Support the generation of Real Estate Investment Strategies that will inform IMMO Capital’s growth strategy - Work with the BI & Data Science team on automating data collection, market assessment, and strategy recommendation via machine learning or statistical approaches - Introduce market intelligence data to drive decision making throughout the acquisition funnel - Work directly with the sourcing and acquisition teams on identifying investment opportunities through market research in target markets - Develop insightful and innovative market research relevant to both current and potential clients **Requirements**: - Relevant experience in areas such as real estate research and strategies, real estate asset/portfolio management, investment - or macroeconomic analysis - A keen interest in the residential market or a willingness and desire to learn - Curiosity for technology and data and how they can be used for storytelling - Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment - An ability to work effectively on your own with guidance and to work well with other people - the quality of your research will depend on how well you can interact with our existing market experts and others. - Excellent attention to detail - the quality of our data supports our market-leading position in this sector. - Fluent in written and spoken English.
