Working Student Organisational Effectiveness

**The Role**:
In this role, you will work with our People & Organisational Development Strategist to drive effectiveness across our own team and the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will take full ownership of our engagement tool Culture Amp, and provide support for our internal customers across our engagement and experience touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle
- You will create resources to represent our listening and org effectiveness initiatives and products to the business including slide decks, toolkits, and confluence pages
- You will support the team in projects, which include our engagement surveys and pulses as part of our Personio listening strategy, performance and feedback, and our measurement efforts and core metrics reporting
- You will support the planning and execution of our team events and initiatives
- Immerse yourself in our varied daily business, and work hands-on to support ad-hoc request from the wider People & Organisational Development team as needed

**What you need to succeed**:

- You are currently enrolled as a student of HR, business, psychology, data analytics or a comparable course of study and have at least 1 year left in your studies
- Interest in HR, OKRs, and organisational effectiveness topics and enjoy working with people and data
- Strong attention to detail and diligent in data analysis
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative
- You approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented manner
- You are able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- You find a good balance between independent work and teamwork
- Very good English skills
- Previous experience with Culture Amp a plus
- Previous experience with Canva is a plus
