**The opportunity.**

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team, specifically within Revenue Operations. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining our business data architecture, supporting not only the Revenue Operations team but also collaborating with other departments across the organization. This position is ideal for someone passionate about data and looking to build a strong foundation in data engineering.

As part of Revenue Operations, you will be directly contributing to the optimization of data flows and the delivery of key business insights, while ensuring that the broader business data architecture is robust and scalable. You will be working closely with teams across sales, marketing, product, and finance to ensure data alignment across the business.

**What you’ll be doing.**
- Data Pipeline Development: Assist in building, testing, and maintaining scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for data ingestion from diverse sources into our data infrastructure.
- Data Architecture: Support the design and implementation of data solutions that integrate across different teams, ensuring a unified and scalable architecture.
- Data Warehousing: Help optimize and maintain our data warehouse to enable efficient data storage and retrieval for business insights, especially in the context of Revenue Operations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Operations and other internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, product) to understand their data needs and implement appropriate solutions.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across different systems and databases through monitoring and validation processes.
- Automation: Automate routine data tasks and workflows to enhance data operations and reduce manual efforts.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for data pipelines, systems, and processes.
- Data Support: Provide ongoing support for business users, ensuring they have access to the right data for reporting and analysis needs.

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll bring.**
- Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write efficient queries and perform database operations.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Apache Airflow, Talend, or similar.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-based data storage solutions (S3, BigQuery, etc.).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Experience working with API integrations
- Preferred experience with Python (or other relevant programming languages) for data manipulation and automation.
- Exposure to financial datasets or fintech industry experience is a plus.
