**Your Role**
- Manage and guide international clients through the entire property-buying process.
- Conduct **online and in-person viewings** of new developments.
- Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English and any additional languages**:

- **Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the Costa Blanca region.**:

- Proven track record in closing property or high-value sales.
- Based on the Costa Blanca, with a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
- Professional, motivated, and results-oriented.
