Experienced Real Estate Agent – Costa del Sol Work inbound buyer leads. Close deals. Earn what you're worth. Hi Homes is a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate agency specialising in buyers, resales, and new developments across the Costa del Sol. With one of the strongest digital lead engines on the coast, we're expanding our sales team and looking for experienced Buyer Agents ready to perform. This is a sales-first role. We generate the leads, provide the systems and support — you focus on advising clients and closing deals. What You'll Get: Inbound buyer leads from clients actively looking to buy property on the Costa del Sol Commission: 30%–65%, based on performance Earnings from €10,000/month, with top performers exceeding €20,000/month No desk fees, no marketing deductions, no hidden costs Full back-office, legal & after-sales support Strong digital exposure, including YouTube (@HiHomes) 24/7 access to a state-of-the-art office that will Wow your clients The Culture at Hi Homes: Highly collaborative, no-ego team Hard-working, supportive, and values-driven environment Regular sales training & coaching with our founder Weekly sales meetings focused on deal strategy and results Quarterly rewards, regular team lunches & dinners Bi-annual team-building events A percentage of company profits donated to charity What We're Looking For: 2+ years of real estate experience on the Costa del Sol (preferred) Proven ability to close property or high-value sales Fluent English (Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Danish, Polish are a big plus) Based on the Costa del Sol, with own car & driver's licence Comfortable working commission-only as an autónomo (or willing to register) All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
