- MANAGER INFORMATION SECURITY GOVERNANCE_
- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- The role is responsible for all efforts to reach a state of continuous compliance by partnering and engaging with our technology, business, and brand teams to adhere to policies, reduce security risks and maintain compliance. Part of overall duties is to establish, maintain and advance the information security governance framework.- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an Information Security Control Framework based on industry standards (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO).
- Assessment of Information Security Controls (control effectiveness and maturity).
- Analysis and reporting on Information Security Control status.
- Identify and prioritize Information Security Control improvements and gap remediation.
- Contribute and consult to regulatory and legal requirements.
- Coordination of PCI assessments to achieve and maintain compliance.
- PCI consultancy to product and business teams.
- Key Relationships:
- Global and local Tech teams.
- Information Security Teams.
- Assurance teams (e.g Legal, Privacy, Audit).
- Respective business function (e.g., GOPS, Finance, HR, Brand Marketing, Wholesale/Retail).
- Requisite Education and Experience:
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient spoken and written command of English.
- At least 5-year experience in IT.
- 2 years of experience in relevant area.
- 1 year of experience in team management.
- Understanding of different culture.
- Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets.
