**Digital Acquisition Manager**:
Our client is a leading online lead generation company specialising in highly competitive verticals, including iGaming, Financials, Health, and Communications. They are seeking a creative and motivated **Digital Acquisition Manager** with experience in social media advertising, SEM, programmatic marketing, and funnel optimisation to oversee multiple websites and their daily operations.

This position involves developing, implementing, and optimising conversion strategies for multiple projects focused on user acquisition through PPC, paid social, and organic social channels. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey and experience, collaborating with paid marketing teams to drive traffic, developers and designers to enhance conversion rates, and content teams to improve user engagement through CRM tools. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing brands, products, and strategic growth while consistently improving performance.

**Responsibilities**:
As **Digital Acquisition Manager**, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing a range of core projects, taking ownership, and providing strategic direction to drive conversion.
- Defining the product vision and strategy, overseeing planning, management, and execution of the product roadmap.
- Interpreting customer, partner, and business needs to steer a transparent and data-driven product strategy.
- Overseeing the full product lifecycle from design and analysis to execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the paid marketing team to execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with design, development, and content teams to improve existing products and launch new initiatives.
- Managing budgets and resources for assigned products.
- Coordinating and managing internal and freelance stakeholders to optimise performance.
- Driving a strong testing and learning culture, encouraging data-driven decision-making.
- Identifying new growth opportunities and assessing feasibility.
- Taking responsibility for achieving key performance targets.
- Continuously improving conversion rates and user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two years of experience in a product or project management role within digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of PPC and paid social marketing, with experience in either managing or working closely with these channels.
- Ability to translate user journeys into product requirements and manage projects from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Experience in briefing or setting up conversion-optimised landing pages.
- A results-driven mindset, with a track record of working in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and make strategic trade-offs.
- A metrics-driven approach to marketing, with an eye for creativity and brand strategy.
- Experience in iGaming (casino/sports betting) is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and user engagement strategies is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
