**About the Role**

As the **Housekeeping Supervisor** at **Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid**, within the **Rooms Department**, you’ll be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. You’ll lead a dedicated team, monitor service excellence, and create a seamless guest experience. The **Housekeeping Supervisor** will report directly to the **Executive Housekeeping Team**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise room attendants, valets, and cleaning staff to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and assigned areas.
- Ensure strict compliance with **MOHG standards** and promptly address guest requests.
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests using **Alice / Infor** systems.
- Lead the daily operations of the department, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and regular quality control checks to maintain the highest standards.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals, meeting both guest and hotel expectations.

**Sobre el Puesto**

Como **Supervisor/a de Housekeeping** en **Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid**, dentro del **Departamento de Rooms**, serás responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias del equipo de limpieza, asegurando que todas las habitaciones de los huéspedes y las áreas comunes mantengan los más altos estándares de limpieza y calidad. Dirigirás un equipo dedicado, supervisarás la excelencia del servicio y crearás una experiência impecable para los huéspedes. El/la **Supervisor/a de Housekeeping** reportará directamente al **Equipo Ejecutivo de Housekeeping**.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Supervisar a los encargados de limpieza, valets y personal de limpieza para garantizar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y las áreas asignadas.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de mantenimiento utilizando los sistemas **Alice / Infor**.
- Liderar las operaciones diarias del departamento, garantizando la calidad del servicio y la eficiencia operativa.
- Participar
