Floor Supervisor / Coordinator
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise room attendants, valets, and cleaning staff ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and assigned areas.
- Verify compliance with MOHG standards and respond to guest requests.
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests (Alice / Infor).
- Lead the daily operation of the department on the floor, controlling service quality and efficiency.
- Participate in training, meetings, and periodic quality control checks.
- Inspect rooms for arrivals
**Expected Profile**:
- Strong organization, hands-on leadership, and team supervision skills.
- Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience as a housekeeping supervisor.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (Infor, Alice).
- Commitment to MOHG values and standards.
**Supervisor/a de Piso / Coordinador/a**
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Supervisar a las camareras de piso, valets y personal de limpieza, garantizando la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y áreas asignadas.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de mantenimiento (Alice / Infor).
- Liderar la operación diaria del departamento en el piso, controlando la calidad y la eficiencia del servicio.
- Participar en formaciones, reuniones y controles de calidad periódicos.
- Inspeccionar habitaciones para llegadas.
**Perfil Esperado**:
- Fuertes habilidades de organización, liderazgo práctico y supervisión de equipos.
- Atención al detalle y mentalidad enfocada en el cliente.
- Experiência previa como supervisor/a de housekeeping.
- Conocimiento de sistemas hoteleros (Infor, Alice).
- Compromiso con los valores y estándares de MOHG.
