**Art Lead - Innovation Lab**

We’re looking for a dedicated Art Lead to shape the creative vision, execution, and team strategy for our Innovation Lab. This is a unique opportunity to influence the artistic direction of new games, ensure smooth collaboration across teams, and maintain high artistic and technical standards.

As Art Lead, you’ll guide the game’s creative vision from early concept to launch, working closely with the Art Director, Product Directors, Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers. Beyond creating stunning visuals, you’ll mentor a team of artists, foster collaboration, and drive innovation across multiple projects.

**What You’ll Do**

**Creative & Strategic Leadership**
- Lead and shape the visual direction of games, ensuring alignment with player experience and business goals.
- Innovate with new visual approaches that enhance gameplay and engagement.
- Maintain artistic consistency, balancing high-quality visuals with clarity and readability.

**Team Leadership & Management**
- Mentor and inspire artists across disciplines, guiding professional growth and fostering teamwork.
- Set clear objectives and align the team with the overall vision.
- Cultivate a positive, creative, and accountable team culture.

**Project Execution & Coordination**
- Oversee art production pipelines and workflows for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure visuals enhance gameplay.
- Adapt to challenges, problem-solve, and maintain smooth development processes.

**Operational Excellence**
- Refine processes to improve asset creation, implementation, and iteration.
- Deliver compelling art concepts for prototyping and market testing.
- Use data and player insights to optimize visual styles and player experience.
- Ensure assets meet technical and performance standards across platforms.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years leading or managing artists in mobile game development.
- Proven experience delivering mobile game art from concept to launch.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills.
- Expertise in art pipelines, production tools, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with iterative development, market testing, and prototyping.
- Passionate about mobile games and innovation, with a focus on ensuring quality and **improving** player experience.
