**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Mission**

**Functions**
- Contributes to software releases, user’s configuration, patch management and platform upgrades.
- Collaborates with the Platform Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Responsible for coding, testing, and correcting the SW, using best practices such as test-driven development and pair programming.
- Prepare and maintain sub-production environments to support the tribe testing plans
- Collaborate with Vendor in instance fine tuning and core incidents reduction

**Requirements**:
**Education**
Technical Degree in computer science, engineering or similar.

ITIL Foundation certification.

ITIL Advanced certification in Service Management will be a plus.

SAFe/SCRUM/Lean certifications are a plus.

**Competencies**
- Team oriented and ability to work in an agile manner.
- Advanced ServiceNow configuration and System Administration: List/Form/Navigation; Pane Updates; Catalog Items; Workflow; Configuration Reviews; instance Patch Management; Creating Tables and Fields.
- Highly analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to dig into data to identify key trends, results and critical outcomes for API.
- Knack for gleaning customer insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

**Languages
**Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken

**Experience**
- Enterprise and/or Enterprise Service Management knowledge and understanding.
- Advanced System Administration.
- Scripting.
- Solid experience working with ServiceNow platform in complex environments.
- Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
- Advanced understanding in agile project management.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable) including exposure to different countries / cultures and cross-functional teams.
