We’re hiring for a **CRM associate** **as part of Merkle in Barcelona.

As a CRM Associate you will:

- Be responsible of the implementation and execution of the marketing campaigns programs using Adobe Campaign.
- You will directly work with a portfolio of international clients in a wide range of sectors.
- Be part of an international team of experienced consultants.
- As part of the interaction marketing operations team you will also be responsible for making sure that all the campaigns that our projects deliver is of the highest possible quality.
- Act as key point of contact for client campaign activity for executing campaigns, managing SLAs, campaign briefs, etc.

**Qualifications** What we're looking for**
- 2-4 years of experience working with Adobe Campaign or other CRM (e.g. SFMC, Unica)
- Good English is essential as most of our communication takes place in English.
- Very organized, attention to detail.
- Collaborative and team spirit.
