Job Offer: Senior Technical Spanish Architect - Kuwait (based between Spain, Kuwait offices)
About Us:
Cambraburo is an international architecture and interior design firm with offices in Spain, Kuwait, and Miami, specializing in high-end projects from design to on-site execution. We are looking for an experienced Technical Spanish Architect to join our international team.

**Requirements**:
- Degree in Architecture with minimum 6-8 years of experience.
- Strong background in technical drawings, architectural and interior detailing.
- Proven on-site experience: supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation.
- Good level of spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Spanish nationality or trained as an Architect in Spain.
- Flexibility to travel between Spain, Kuwait, and Miami (majority of the time based in Kuwait).
- Knowledge of MEP systems and lighting will be highly valued.

Main Responsibilities:
- Review and occasionally produce technical drawings.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior staff.
- Coordinate contractors and site works.
- Prepare budgeting and cost control reports.
- Act as site supervisor, including writing reports and client communication letters.
- Ensure quality control of practice documentation and site works.

- Net monthly salary: €3,000-€3,500 depending on years of experience.
- Contract under Kuwait labor legislation.
