QSR is looking for a Service Now Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‐scale solutions across the Service Now platform. You'll define architecture, guide technical teams, and shape best practices for complex multi‐module implementations. Location: Madrid (on‐site 2 days/week required) Nice to have: Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) What You'll DoArchitect end‐to‐end Service Now solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) Lead technical design, integrations, and platform governance Provide guidance to development teams and ensure solution quality Collaborate with stakeholders and support pre‐sales when neededWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience designing and implementing Service Now solutions Deep knowledge of platform architecture, scripting, and integrations Proven technical leadership in enterprise environments Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills Based in Madrid or willing to be on‐site twice a weekIf this is the job for you, please apply as the client is looking to interview ASAP
