**Positionsübersicht**

Als Solution Architect SAP Plant Maintenance & Customer Service (PM/CS) konzipieren, implementieren und optimieren Sie SAP-gestützte Wartungs
- und Servicelösungen für die europäischen Standorte von Fresenius Kabi (nicht nur).

Sie sorgen für eine effiziente Wartung der Anlagen, einen zuverlässigen Betrieb und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und unterstützen dabei Transformationsprojekte wie S/4HANA. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams setzen Sie Geschäftsanforderungen in robuste SAP-Lösungen um, die operative Exzellenz und nachhaltige Leistung fördern.

**Verantwortungsbereiche**Implementierung und Pflege von SAP PM/CS-Funktionen für die Instandhaltung von Anlagen, den Kundenservice und das Ressourcenmanagement.-
Integration von SAP PM/CS mit MM, QM und anderen Modulen, um nahtlose End-to-End-Prozesse zu gewährleisten.-
Sie leiten technische Workshops, erfassen Geschäftsanforderungen und entwickeln Lösungen, die auf europäische Anlagen und Servicebetriebe zugeschnitten sind.-
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der europäischen Wartungs
- und Servicevorschriften, insbesondere in stark regulierten Branchen.-
Unterstützung von Transformationsprojekten, einschließlich S/4HANA-Migration und Systemintegrationen mit SCADA oder MES.-
Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung für SAP PM/CS-bezogene Probleme in Live-Umgebungen.-
Entwicklung von Vorlagen für die vorbeugende Wartung und von Kundendienstprozessen zur Verbesserung der Betriebssicherheit.**Ihr Profil**Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, IT oder einem verwandten Bereich.-
Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP PM/CS mit fundierten Kenntnissen der Arbeitsabläufe in der Instandhaltung und im Kundenservice.-
Ausgeprägtes Prozesswissen über die europäischen Standards im Anlagenbau und Instandhaltungsbetrieb.-
Fortgeschrittene Konfigurationskenntnisse in SAP PM und CS, einschließlich der Integration mit SCADA- oder MES-Systemen.-
Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie oder anderen stark regulierten Branchen ist von Vorteil.-
Starker Fokus auf Compliance und Risikomanagement.-
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations
- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten mit nachweislichem Erfolg in multikulturellen und Matrix-Organisationen.-
Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift).-
