Solution Architect SAP Plant Maintenance

Overview Position Overview: As a Solution Architect SAP Plant Maintenance & Customer Service (PM/CS) , you will design, implement, and optimize SAP-driven maintenance and service solutions across Fresenius Kabi’s European operations (not limited to). You will ensure efficient equipment maintenance, reliable operations, and regulatory compliance while supporting transformation projects such as S/4HANA. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions that drive operational excellence and sustainable performance. Implement and maintain SAP PM/CS functionalities for equipment maintenance, customer service, and resource management. Integrate SAP PM/CS with MM, QM, and other modules to ensure seamless end-to-end processes. Ensure compliance with European maintenance and service regulations, especially in highly regulated industries. Support transformation projects, including S/4HANA migration and system integrations with SCADA or MES. Provide troubleshooting support for SAP PM/CS-related issues in live environments. Develop preventive maintenance templates and customer service processes to enhance operational reliability. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in SAP PM/CS implementation, with deep knowledge of plant maintenance and customer service workflows. Strong process expertise in European plant engineering standards and maintenance operations. Advanced configuration knowledge in SAP PM and CS, including integration with SCADA or MES systems. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
