**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER**
- You will lead, mentor and coach a global team of +15 People Operations Managers and Associates across Europe
- You will build and take ownership of the people operations processes and constantly improve ways of working, ensuring efficiency and scalability in how the team operates
- You will be the first point of contact for the business and provide advice to/coach our senior management in all people operations related topics
- You will closely work with the rest of the People organisation to contribute and shape team projects
- You will drive a solution oriented approach with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- You maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees (partner with legal department as needed)
- You ensure data quality is a foundation of the team processes including accurate payroll preparation on a monthly basis with the provider
- You establish SLAs to enable efficient operations across the business
- You will develop a knowledge base that answers all frequently asked questions related to people operations matters
- You own our people operations vendor relationships, including payroll providers and mobility service providers, and ensure our requirements are being met

**YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 12 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, fast-paced organisation
- Expertise in labour law and administrative People topics
- Passion for people and always strive for excellence, with the energy for the extra mile in the interest of your teams and our business
- 'Getting things done mentality' and a passion for people
- Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills that allow you to work across all levels of the organization
- Eager to dive into new topics and work in a fast paced, continuously growing organization
- Empathetic and solution orientated are words that describe your approach to work
- Data driven and process-focused
- Open to travel in Europe on occasion
- Fluent English, additional language is a plus
- Degree in Economics, Psychology, Social Studies, or other related fields of study preferred
