**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Triage incoming client requests and assigned projects, ensuring timely and articulate responses, and follow through to release.
- Collaborate with the engineering and UX team to prioritize client requests, balancing urgency and resource availability.
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team, other internal teams, and clients to facilitate clear communication and understanding of product features and developments.
- Engage in product validation and Quality Assurance (Q&A) to ensure the highest standards of product functionality and user experience.
- Oversee documentation processes for product changes and updates.
- Manage product release cycles, coordinating between teams to ensure smooth rollouts and client transitions.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager at a SAAS company
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Intrapreneurial with a founder mindset.
- Experience working on a global product management team.
